avtMonExp Project on Python for searching experts of a given domain in Twitter.

Briefly about the avtMonExp Project

Work on avtMonExp Project was started in August 2016. This project implements some ideas from the E-Government Monitor Project.

Python libraries are used to search Twitter, calculate geographical coordinates and display experts on a Google Map.

Analysis of the search results in Twitter is performed using its own unique algorithm, which was developed in Big Data Analytics department at A.V.T. Software.

MySQL RDBMS is used to store search results and analysis at this development stage.
